Thermal resistance Fault and solution method
The common thermal resistance is one of the most commonly used temperature detectors in low and medium temperature areas. It is not only widely used in industrial measurements, but also made into a standard reference thermometer.The following four common failure phenomena and Solution methods are analyzed:

Fault phenomenon: the indicating value of the thermal resistance is lower than the actual value or the indicating value is unstable;
Possible causes: metal chips, dust, dirt between terminals and short circuit of thermal resistance in the protection tube;
Solution: remove metal chips, dust, water droplets, etc., find short circuit point to strengthen the insulation.
2.
Fault phenomena: the thermal resistance of the table indicates infinite;
Possible causes: short circuit of thermal resistance or lead wire or loose terminal, etc.
Solution: replace the resistance body or weld and tighten the wiring screw.
3.
Fault phenomenon: display negative value of instrument indication;
Possible causes: the connection between the instrument and the thermal resistance is wrong or there is a short circuit in the thermal resistance;
Solution: correct wiring, or find out the short circuit, strengthen the insulation.
4.
Fault phenomena: the relationship between the thermoelectric resistance and the temperature changes;
Possible causes: thermal resistance wire material corrosion deterioration;
Solution: replace the thermal resistance.
